Located between the Gapençais and the Serre-Ponçon lake, near the Notre Dame du Laus site, in a hamlet in the countryside, an old renovated traditional farmhouse, adjoining the owner.
Gite with landscaped grounds with garden furniture, barbecue, table tennis. On site, access to hiking and mountain bike trails.
Entrance to the gîte on one level. Living room with dining area, integrated kitchen area (dishwasher, microwave oven), under the old vaults a very pleasant lounge with TV, DVD player, Wi-Fi access, hi-fi system. Shower room, toilet, washing machine.
On the upper floor 3 bedrooms (2 double beds, 4 bunk beds), dressing room. Electric underfloor heating. Sheets provided.
Baby equipment on request, possibility of motorbike shelter to welcome motorcyclists.
