Valserres Town Hall

Producing high-quality red, rosé and white wines, Valserres is a village of relaxation and serenity. The large Valserres wine cooperative handles the processing of many of the vineyards and the sale of most of the wines.

A modest chapel stands on the summit of Saint-Maurice mountain (altitude 1410 m), the highest point in the commune, on the spot where Saint-Maurice is said to have appeared to Benoîte Rencurel in the 17th century, predicting a future apparition of the Virgin Mary.
