Because a local product is, above all, about making connections, this day will enable producers to showcase their range and engage directly with stakeholders from the food, catering and retail sectors.

This event will also form part of the preparations for the 2030 Winter Olympic and Paralympic Games ️⛷️, with a view to aligning the agricultural sectors with the region’s future supply needs.
