For more than 15 years, Bruno and Delphine have been cooking with passion, the products of the Haut-Alpin region: meats, vegetables, cheeses.
Chef BRUNO offers you dishes full of local flavours: terrines, poultry, stews, gratins, meats and local specialities.
All dishes and desserts are "Fait Maison". For the sake of quality, our menu is deliberately small, but changes regularly.
The restaurant is located near the village of Valserres and its wine cellar "Cave des Hautes Vignes".
In the entrance hall, you will find local products selected by the Inn: Local wines, Alpine honey, Pure Fruit Juice, Aperitif Fruit Wines, Digestive Alcohols, Mountain Pork Sausages... etc.
At your disposal: 1 terrace on the village side, 1 summer terrace, 1 shaded park, Boules pitch.
