The Serre-Ponçon Val d'Avance Community of Communes represents 16 communes: Avançon, Bâtie-Neuve, Bâtie-Vieille, Bréziers, Espinasses, Remollon, Rochebrune, La Rochette, Rousset, Montgardin, Piégut, Rambaud, St-Etienne-Le-Laus, Théus, Valserres, Venterol

The following competences are exercised or proposed to our 16 member communes:
- WASTE COLLECTION AND TREATMENT: management of the Théus and Avançon waste collection centres and the collection of household waste
- ENVIRONMENTAL PROTECTION AND DEVELOPMENT: maintenance of hiking trails, cleaning, clearing of natural sites, etc.
- WATERWATER MANAGEMENT: natural risks of flooding, landslides, etc.
- COLLECTIVE AND NON COLLECTIVE SANITATION
- TOURISM PROMOTION: management of the Rousset Tourist Office and the 3 Lakes of Rochebrune & Piégut leisure centre
- SERVICES TO THE POPULATION : transport on demand for senior citizens
- URBANISM: instruction of authorisations
- FIRE AND RESCUE CENTRE: financing of CISs
- ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT

All year round. Every day from 9.00 to 12.00 and from 14.00 to 17.00.
Closed on Saturdays and Sundays.
