Presentation

Breeding of ewes raised in the wild, I make my fresh and matured cheeses from raw milk. Fresh and matured cheese made from sheep's milk, but also lamb meat, sheep sausages, terrines...

In 2002, Guillaume and Audrey settled in Bréziers, 20 minutes from the Serre-Ponçon lake, in the old village mill 'Le Moulin du Taix'.

The products:
- Petits frais (lactic) sold by the unit and at different stages of maturation
- Tommettes (lactic) sold by the unit
- Tomme (pressed paste) sold by the cut
- Sheep's milk soaps

Points of sale: at the farm, gap market (Saturdays), local fairs, local retail shops. You can find these products at the Gap market on Wednesday and Saturday mornings from May to September and at the Chorges market on Sunday mornings from June to September as well as at the farm.
