"Mehdi walks a fine line. He plays the role of the perfect Algerian son to his mother Fatima, while hiding his relationship with Léa and his passion for French gastronomy from her. He is a chef in a bistro that he is about to buy with Léa. But she is fed up with his secrecy and demands to meet Fatima. With his back against the wall, Mehdi finds the worst possible solution.
