Charming little village in the middle of the mountains, Rambaud is a little paradise bordering the town of Gap. At 4 kilometres, the village attracts all the glances thanks to its astonishing white bell tower which overhangs it: "le Serre du clocher".
The latter owes its name to the presence on its summit of the bell tower of the first Rambaudine church, the Sainte-Croix church, destroyed by the Protestants in 1565. From this bell tower and the nearby orientation table, the view is unobstructed, 360° on the Gapençais, the Champsaur and the Val d'Avance to the walker.
Rambaud is also dominated by the Puy Maurel (1,317 m), accessible by several hiking trails of different levels. Calm and serenity are an art of living here!
