Le Panoramique du Plongeoir - T4

La maison du Plongeoir comprises 4 spacious, tastefully decorated flats with lake views and private outdoor areas. Le Panoramique, for 6 guests, with its large terrace overlooking the lake and its 3 bedrooms. Le Cosy, available from March 2024, can accommodate 2 guests, with its uninterrupted view from the bedroom and its small north-facing terrace. And finally, the Duplex and Annexe, two comfortable 3-bedroom apartments on the upper floor, which will each be able to accommodate 4 guests by summer 2024. The entire house can be made private for families or groups of friends, with a maximum capacity of 16 people.

Organisation of the "Le Panoramique" flat on one level:
- 1 master bedroom with lake view and direct access to the private terrace, en-suite bathroom and WC
- 1 bedroom with a comfortable 180cm bed (which can be separated into 2 90cm beds on request)
- 1 children's bedroom with a bunk bed
Please note: blackout curtains for each bedroom and new quality bedding
- 1 bathroom with washing machine and 1 separate WC
- 1 bright living room with panoramic window overlooking the lake
- a fully equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, raclette machine.The little extras to make your stay even more enjoyable:
- 1 office area equipped with high-performance, unlimited wifi for those who prefer to work from home
- 1 55-inch smart TV so you can watch your favourite programmes just like at home!
- 1 dedicated parking space and an enclosed garage for storing skis, sledges, mountain bikes, water sports equipment, etc.

Please note:
- bed linen and towels are provided for all occupants
- the flat is equipped with underfloor heating for optimum comfort on winter evenings
- cleaning is included but bins must be emptied on vacating the premises and sheets removed
- late parties are not permitted for the respect of nearby occupants
- pets are not permitted
- baby kit on request subject to availability at extra cost, to be paid on site : 30€

The reception will be done through a key box, if I have the possibility I will come to see you after your installation but in any case, I remain available throughout your stay to answer your requests.
