Mountain Escape

The agency offers electric mountain bike hire for adults and children from its bike shop in Chorges, but also, on request, from Rousset Serre Ponçon, as well as guided rides led by a qualified instructor, tailored to the participants’ preferences and ability levels. Whether with family, friends or in a group, set off to explore the trails and panoramic views of the region in a friendly atmosphere.

Mountain Évasion also organises rides featuring tastings of local produce, downhill mountain bike excursions, shuttle services to enduro routes and organised cycling holidays, with or without a guide depending on the package chosen.

The agency also offers bike repair, servicing and tuning services, as well as cycling lessons as part of the ‘Savoir Rouler à Vélo’ scheme.

Bespoke services can be arranged by booking, with options for collection and delivery of equipment subject to agreed terms.

A wonderful way to combine sport, nature, exploring the local area and a friendly atmosphere around Serre-Ponçon and in the Durance and Avance valleys.
