Local, tasty, and guaranteed to sublimate your family meals!
IGP white wine from the Hautes Alpes region, a perfect match for scallops.
Yann de Agostini's suggestion: Domaine du Petit Août
Looking for the perfect match with fish ? Yann de Agostini from Domaine du Petit Août in Théus recommends his cuvée "Le poids du Superflu". An IGP white wine from the Hautes Alpes region.
Made from 1/3 Roussanne, 1/3 Marsanne and 1/3 Clairette Blanche, it is produced using certified organic methods.
This wine has a golden yellow color and a delicate, pear-dominated nose. On the palate, a lively attack gives way to a full body, with persistent aromas of white fruits, followed by a slightly tannic finish.
Perfect as an appetizer if you're planning to cook scallops this holiday season

A gourmet IGP Hautes-Alpes red wine to match truffles!
Justine's advice from the German estate.
With its "integral" vinification, manual punching of the cap and 15-month aging in French oak barrels, the red "Ma cuvée" is made from Mollard, melort and cabernet franc grapes from the Durance hillsides. The attack is full-bodied. Powerful on the palate, with silky, supple tannins... Beautiful aromatic intensity, with notes of spices (cinnamon, vanilla), cognac, caramel and roasting, as well as ripe, crushed raspberries... On the finish, a hint of freshness and the mineral structure that is the hallmark of the estate's cuvées.
A perfect match for truffle dishes or red meats such as prime rib.
Tip: Open the wine a few hours before tasting.
