Seasonal rental, small modern villa in the heart of the village of Espinasses, 10 minutes from the Serre-Ponçon lake, the Bois-Vieux beach and the 3 lakes of Rochebrune. Close to Gap, and 30 minutes from the ski resorts.
Close to all shops. There is something for everyone, from sports enthusiasts looking for thrills to those seeking peace and quiet. Hikers, fishermen, will be able to appreciate our magnificent region.
Ideal accommodation for 4 people which can accommodate up to 6 people maximum. Our accommodation is equipped with 2 bedrooms, the first with an electric bed in 160 and in the second room with two beds in 80. A bathroom with Italian shower, towel dryer and hanging toilet, a washing machine. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, oven, fridge and freezer. In the living room a Scandinavian sofa bed and a flat screen TV. Outside, terrace with bioclimatic pergola, a barbecue will be at your disposal.
- For fishermen, bikers, skiers or bicycles, a garage will be available to store your equipment.
- Baby equipment available, cot, high chair, bathtub, on request.
- Cleaning at the end of the stay 35€.
