The Château de Rousset 2

On the heights of the village of Rousset, with its dominant position above the Serre-Ponçon dam, its unobstructed view of the lake and its adjacent 30-hectare private estate, come and discover the Château de Rousset, an ancient residence dating from the 12th century. This privileged place combines local history, heritage, nature and agriculture. Nearby: the Museoscope of the Lake and the panorama of the belvedere of Serre-Ponçon. Independent gîte fitted out in a wing of the castle adjoining another gîte and close to the farm. Ideally located overlooking the Serre-Ponçon Lake, close to numerous possibilities of discovery and outdoor activities: hiking, mountain biking, swimming at 3kms, discovery of the fauna and flora. The gîte "Le Château de Rousset 2" sleeps 6 people. The entrance is via a stone staircase on the first level leading to two private terraces. The gîte consists of a large living room with a fitted kitchen and a lounge, 3 bedrooms, one of which has its own shower room (1 bed 140*190cm, 1 bed 160*200cm and 2 beds 90*190cm), a shower room, WC and laundry room. Oil-fired central heating. At your disposal, two terraces and a storage room for equipment. Possibility of access to the panoramic spa (jacuzzi for 4 people over 15 years old): one session offered per stay in low season; additional session or session in high season at 20€. You will also be able to discover the life of the farm and the breeding of the Haut-Alpes.
