In Montgardin, Joseph Faure, a true enthusiast, has been moving his hives around in search of the best locations for 40 years. He produces mountain, lavender, hawthorn and heather honey, while his wife, Dominique, makes gingerbread and nougats.

All year round from Monday to Saturday.
Shop hours from Monday to Friday between 9.30 am and 12 pm and between 2.30 pm and 7 pm. On Saturday between 3.30 pm and 7 pm.
