Since 2015, S.A.S Apple des Cimes has been producing sweet apple cider by hand. Inspired by Canadian ice ciders, these nectars are made from apples grown at altitude, which give our different vintages their distinctive character.

From picking to bottling, all this patient work is carried out in the luminous Hautes-Alpes region! Our range, which now includes four cuvées, will delight your customers with its originality and diversity. Like Guillaume Gomez, former head chef at the Elysée Palace, some of the great names in French gastronomy have already placed their trust in us.
